How do I receive my funds from DPO account?

We settle your funds to any bank in the world. We can also settle your funds to a prepaid mastercard.

When will my account be created?

Once you have registered and submitted all the relevant documents, your account will be live within 24hrs.

How DPO secured the online payment transaction?

How is Direct Pay Online Different from a bank?

What is Rolling Reserve and does it earn interests?

Rolling reserve is the amount held bank by the bank for security purposes for card payments. It’s usually released after 180 days once the transaction has been cleared and no chargeback reported.

What do you do with our money before settlement date and does it earn interest?

Your money is kept in your DPO online account as we verify all transactions were legitimate in order to protect your business.

How do I find out the amount due on the next settlement?

Quickly open the accounting module and you’ll see it at the bottom left.

How to view an xPay Allocation?

Open the xpay out module, you’ll see all the xpay entries.

How many chargebacks do you allow per merchant?

No threshold but we aim to have zero chargebacks

Who faces the risk in a case of charge-back?

Chargebacks take place when a consumer proved he didn’t authorize the transaction. In such a case the merchant returns the sum that was paid. The merchant DPO helps the merchant through the chargeback process to drastically reduce the chance of loss.

  • If a merchant loses a chargeback against their consumer, they lose money. In such cases, DPO helps the merchant through the chargeback process to ensure no loss.

Click on forgot password on the login page and enter your email address.

Why is the customer asking for a refund from DPO and not me during chargeback yet i offered them service?

We process the payment on your behalf so we’re the merchant on record.

How to launch an xPay to Booking.com and Expedia?

Open the accounting module, click on add new xpay, select the amount and allocate to the respective account. (Booking.com or Expedia)

Why can’t I get my settlement at real-time after the customer paid?

How to pull a report that shows a breakdown of what was settled ?

  • Login to your online account and open the report center. Scroll down to the settlement & banks report, input your preferred dates and pull your report.

 

Why can’t I receive 100% of my money in early settlement?

  • Based on the processing and verification of each transaction, we need to make sure that we only settle only the safe and verified transactions. That’s why we put a cap on the percentage in order to verify all your transactions before the settlement date

Do I need to send documents for the customers for every transaction I do?

We encourage you to put as much details as you can on the service description but we might need to call further

Is there a way your system can ask for documentation for specific transaction when i use your system instead of calling me every-time for the documents?

How verify a credit card?

  1. Check that the card is a real plastic card and not a copy
  2. Check for any alterations in the card
